What the heck is Zendesk?
Zendesk is a customer support software that allows communication between you (the customer) and us (the support) to be easier and more efficient.
How does it work?
Say a page on your website isn’t working properly, or you need to add updated information. Instead of playing email or phone tag with us, you can submit a ticket with the details of your issue that will go straight to the right person in our office. Bing-bang-boom, your problem gets fixed, and everyone is happy!
So, how do I submit a ticket?
Submitting a ticket is simple, just follow these steps:
- Head over to our website.
- Find the green “Help” button in the bottom right corner and click on it.
- Enter your name, email, and the details of your issue in the text boxes.
- Hit send.
Voila! It’s on its way to us, where the dedicated Posse ninjas will address and resolve your problem ASAP!
