There are lots of ways to read more about Google+ in a variety of places. Amazon for example, has books on Google+ with more coming in both hardcover/softcover and on the Kindle. There are also countless articles on Google+ and lots of forums.

You can print out and share a Google+ sheet to help you with proper formatting, hotkeys use, how to mention people in your posts, using permalinks and sending private messages.
