For quite some time Posse Social Media has used HootSuite to post things for our own social media platforms as well as our clients’. In November 2011 we decided to explore some options and go through a demo with Argyle Social. We decided to stick with HootSuite because, well, why pay for these services when we could get the ones we needed for free? Little did we know how much we would end up needing Argyle.

Earlier this month Argyle contacted us again. They explained that some new features were added and they thought we should check them out. We did and boy were we WOWed. The reporting tools on Argyle are like nothing else. They allow you to track your social efforts and see what kind of ROI your business is getting from them. What a great way to show our clients how great they’re doing because of social media. We can also white label, meaning that we can post something on Facebook for one of our clients and instead of it saying “posted via HootSuite” it will say “posted via Posse Social Media.” Not only does it look better for our clients but it gets our name out there even more.

There was one feature that really did it for us though, it’s a tool called the Hopper. This tool allows us to always have great content to publish for our fans/followers. I can place anything I want published on the Posse Social Media Facebook Page in the Hopper and it will post those items during the times I have specified. I can fill up the Hopper with as much content as I can find and it will always have something to post. Talk about a time saver! I can also look at the times when our content gets the most feedback (from the awesome measurement tools that Argyle provides) and the Hopper will post content at those times.

Our team has been exploring Argyle all week, learning how to use the new tools available, checking out all the possibilities it gives us, and getting more and more excited about it. We even had another demo for the whole team with our Argyle representative who will be there to help us every step of the way. It has already been a pleasure to work with them and we’re barely getting started. So to sum it up… we’re pretty PUMPED to be using Argyle and can’t wait to start rolling it out to all of our clients.
